I am left thinking I bet they are Bounce Back Loans. I suppose I should not be surprised.
Talking about Government Loans, a senior guy at a finance company was talking to me about CBILS. We spoke about how the loans would be finishing in about 7 weeks. Therefore, his company are expecting a last-minute mad rush of applications. My guess is most businesses will leave it to the beginning of September, when schools go back. It would be so much easier to apply now before the rush, you will probably get a better rate and more chance of success.
